Phobya branded fan adapter cable - reduces fan voltage from 12v to 7v to reduce speed and therefore noise of the fan. Also has a 4pin molex pass-through (12v) so that the connector is not used exclusively for the fan.

Finished in UV reactive red sleeving, with black heatshrink and black connectors.
