This is a great mid-range gaming system for sale and is built and tested so ready to go, and can have software setup personalised and system collected within a few hours of ordering.

This system is made from some internal components that have come in through our trade-up scheme, many of the parts are new but the processor, graphics card and RAM come from trade-ins to save a little cost on the overall price point. Fitted in a new case, with new power supply, cooler and storage devices, along with a new motherboard, this makes a nice balance as the most common fail points are all on brand new hardware.

Ryzen 5 3600 processor is a capable mid-range processor with 6 cores and performs well - typically now 4 cores is fine for some games but 6 is a benefit in more demanding titles, so this keeps the system in line with the higher performance games available today. It's cooled by an upgraded 120mm cooler from Kolink which keeps the processor cool and helps the processor reach its best precision boost speeds.

For graphics duties, the system is fitted with nVidia GeForce RTX2060 card with 6GB VRAM - giving support for the latest technologies in game graphics like DLSS, and makes this is an ideal computer for playing AAA games on a 1080p monitor.

The system is installed in a new Kolink Observatory case which has ARGB lighting on the 4 x case fans - these are replacement models from Cooler Master with a dual lighting effect where both the hub and the outer ring glow, and these can be controlled through software to glow a colour of your choice or cycle through different pattersn. Keeping the lighting theme going, there's RGB RAM modules to add a little more internal glow in the system.

Storage is a reasonable 512GB NVMe Solid State Disk for startup and programs (with room for a few favourite games that you want to load fast) and a 2TB hard disk provided for other games and data - so a generous 2.5TB total storage is available.

The processor is new enough to support Windows 11 so our suggestion is for that to be installed for best future-proofing, although you can have Windows 10 if preferred (cost is the same)
