We work with e-mail for everything, there is no phone number here (this link explains why and covers links to FAQs which may help answer your question anyway).

Timescale - For simple enquiries, during working hours we'll be back in touch within 2 hours. For more complex enquiries, we may take longer to be in touch but will give you an update as soon as possible.

Query about an existing order - You can use the form below if you like, but it's easier for us and you if you just press 'reply' on your order confirmation email. Otherwise paste the order ID into the box below so that we can quickly reference your enquiry.
